I purchased this mat to put next to my dog's water bowl as he trails water all over after drinking and makes the floor quite slippery, causing me to constantly be drying the floor with a towel. This works well as it's long enough to catch most of his water trail and absorbs the water well, keeping it off the floor. (As other reviews have stated, it is like a thin mouse pad.)This rug is just like a mousepad! It’s non slip with a rubber backing, thin and soft. I had to find something that would allow for my 16 and 15 year old sons to get out of the shower without drying off (at all) first. I had been using towels, as a traditional bath rug didn’t dry quickly enough. These do show dirt and stains easily but are easy to clean with soap and water. I feel like the pink color is not as pink as I would have liked. I got it to try and match my Kate Spade paintball floral shower curtain and it’s a shade off. It’s fine, as different pictures might show colors slightly differently just keep that in mind.The rug serves it’s purpose well and works for what I needed. I had way too many dirty towels using them in the floor, as I didn’t already have enough laundry. This takes the place of that.Anyway I love it as described and overall happy with it.The mats is nice.I like it it’s soft and comfy and gets dry fast but it gets dirty pretty quickly and not sure if I can put in the washing machine…. This is perfect to avoid that problemThrilled to find this product. The bathroom in my tiny old bungalow is cramped. So the door takes up half the room, and finding a rug that wouldn't get scrunched up under the door, or slide around every time its stepped on seemed hopeless! This thing STAYS put, and I can open/close the bathroom door without having to adjust a rug every time.I use it as the 2nd thing I step on out the bathtub, so I can't speak to super absorbency needs for right out the shower use. Its perfect sitting in front of the sink, to keep my feet feeling warm and clean instead of stepping on the bathroom tile. I will probably order a few more for a backup, and to use for other areas.Another plus - its super smooth to the touch and easy to clean. Wipe it down, do a quick hand-vac, whatever!Yet another plus - living in an old home- summers mean bugs. Its nice knowing there aren't little bugs hiding in the fabrics crawling on my toe.
