Love this so much better than trying to use a big mat. Using 6 of these to cushion the treadmill and my initial impression is that these are doing the job perfectly. They are dense but pliable. I do not believe they will leave any residue/marks on my hardwood floor. I'm sure I will find a use for the other six. Highly recommend.Used these to get a hot water heater off the concrete since our new home builder didn't. Absolutely perfect for that use. Can't comment on uses as they are intended.Bought to put under our home gym to protect the hardwood floor. Received item quickly, as described and works as we expected. Easy to slide under the system. Thick rubber squares. Will buy again if need arises and definitely recommend.Worked so well I bought a second pack for other equipment.Started with my stationary bike on tile in a bathroom., which helped it not slide and with the movement/vibration/sound. Now for a weight bench on carpet, which lessens the mark left by the bench's feet. Same with the TV stand.And last, under the washing machine. It really does dampen how much the machine can vibrate our very old house.One of those items I wish I knew about sooner.I used 6 of them to put under my treadmill where it touches the concrete floor in my garage and they definitely dampen sound and keep it leveled. I can see how this wouldn’t work for a punching bag stand but I also wouldn’t expect it to because of the function difference of the stand compared to treadmill, stationary machine etcI needed these after replacing carpet in my office with vinyl plank. My rowing machine slid all over the new floors and was really loud. These madeIt stay in place and made It quieter than when I had carpet. No huge mat to roll up, when I put away the tower the pads go in a drawer.I wanted a mat or some binding material for my stationary bike to prevent the floor from wear n tear and to keep the bike stable when exercising. This product fits my requirements, as it keeps the bike intact and prevents wear n tear of floor. Moreover it does not require any storage space compared to mat.For the most part, these tiles keep my elliptical in place. I find a little slippage but not as much as without using the tiles.
